It’s about taking a risk and making changes in your life, now, so that you will live a healthier, happier and longer life. It’s about an open and optimistic attitude that embraces the years ahead. It’s also about finding your unique sweet spots in life— making you more appealing to yourself, more loveable and sexier to your family, lover and everyone you touch.

Let me introduce myself –
I’m Susan Kelly (please call me Sue) and it’s the work I’ve been doing for the past 40 years that has motivated me to share what I have learned with you. As an over-60 myself, and a nursing professional in community healthcare I have seen first-hand how small changes in one’s life can have a positive impact bringing immeasurable joy and satisfaction. I have also seen the opposite, when complacency results in stagnation, disease and a life cut short. So I am inviting you to embrace this time with me and together we’ll explore relevant issues and hot topics—the good, the not so good, and everything in between.
